Forming Expanded Mesh and Perforated Metal

Perforated metal and expanded mesh can be formed much like any other sheet metal components.

You can see in the shop mockup pictured here how simple framework can be constructed to support your beautiful complex forms.

Expanded mesh tends to be flexible in the direction of the short way diamond (SWD) for simple bending and more rigid in the long way diamond (LWD) direction. However, if you need a curve in your long way diamond direction, this is not an issue and simple roll forming can achieve your form.
