The ICC certified, patented HYDRODRY drainage system utilizes a built in rain screen to provide a channel for water and moisture to be evacuated from within the wall cavity – before damage can occur.

Keene Driwall™ Rain Screen
Keene Driwall™ Rain Screenreplaces the second layer of WRB and maintains the integrity of the drainage cavity by ensuring gravity induced moisture can flow to the bottom of the wall and water vapor can escape the top of the wall.
Patented E-Z Vent allows moisture to vent from top of the wall.
AMIFLOW Drain Screed
This is specifically designed to allow moisture to escape the wall cavity and promote the drying out process.
This allows trapped water to drain at the joining point of two cladding finishes.
This allows trapped water to drain from sill stones, on roof pitches, and cladding transitions.
AMIFLOW DRIP EDGE
This is designed to drain water from over the top of windows, doors, and openings.
High quality, experienced building envelope plan review and inspection services are crucial to ensure that the home’s building envelope will be constructed to Code and its referenced ASTM Standards.
Each home will be inspected by a qualified third party inspecting service utilizing its proven state of the art multi-step process and upon completion of the inspection process, the Builder will receive an Engineered / Stamped Letter of Certification that the Building Envelope is Code Compliant enabling the 10 year warranty.
