This was the first time Steve Griffin used STAY-FORM® to form pile caps(pc-2, pc-3, pc-4). He felt that the lightweight (11.9 lbs. Each) STAY-FORM® sheets were easy to handle and assemble into the different pile cap shapes when compared to using modular forms or 3/ 4″ plywood. Time and labor savings in not having to strip the forms is significant.
